Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible. During the peak season and during holiday dates we are at times booked up months in advance so please plan ahead whenever possible. To save time at checkin print a copy of our REGISTRATION FORM and either mail it or bring it in with you.

We require that reservations be secured by credit card and/or cash deposit at the time of reservation confirmation. Please remember that when we confirm your reservation we are holding that space for you for the entire time that you are reserving. If your plans change and you decide to drop off a day later or pick up a day sooner it is important that you let us know at least 72 hours in advance otherwise we will still have that space reserved for you and will have to charge accordingly.

 Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date or you will be charged for two (2) days boarding during peak times or for one (1) day boarding during off peak periods. If it becomes necessary for you to change or cancel your reservation, please notify us as early as possible so that we may accommodate another pet owner from our waiting list. We do not want anyone paying for an empty run.
